MTN's Pathetic Service and theft!

Most pathetic admin service you will ever receive from any business type! Over debiting accounts, double debiting for the same contracts and absolutely no one comes back to you. I have 11 reference numbers for calls that mean absolutely nothing. Spent an accumulative of 5 plus hours on the phone to no avail.... MTN is literally *****ing money and there is no one to assist to get this money or a credit. several emails and calls mean nothing because you as a customer are unimportant to MTN but are literally just a number to ***** money from.... worst service ever! its sad I have to write a review here just so MTN might see this and maybe respond to me!!! MTN have some pretty decent deals none of which is worth it based on the pathetic excuse for service you receive. MTN please feel free to contact me on *** for proof of all that I have discussed here!
