MTN's non service delivery

I upgraded my contracted in May 2019 to receive 20GB day & 20GB night for R199. I've only received the data as agreed for 2 months, the rest of the months I've been credited with only 5GB data!!

I have called, emailed complained more times than I can remember. Even tried getting a hold of the contract retention supervisor, Tiny Pelle, mara dololo. "Service champions" have not assisted , no one can give me a contract either.

I am 'gatvol' to say the least with MTN!!!
