MTN's Non performance

The local tower is down for 4 days now, so no internet via ****le. My real issue is the nonsense I was fed by the 135 number agents. I then got hold of the coverage contact number. They confirmed that the tower is down, but cannot tell me that any action has been taken by the technicians. So in the mean time we have to buy data for our phones to be online.
