MTN's non-existent Service / POOR POOR POOR! Never take a contract out with them!

WORST service EVER! Can NOBODY answer the phone? VERY quick to send you emails with upgrades, payments etc. The automated message says we need to phone during business hours? Is 10:00am NOT BUSINESS HOURS? How is one supposed to GET A HOLD OF YOU!? WORST SERVICE ever. I am so frustrated with myself for taking a contract out with MTN.
