MTN's non-existent customer service

Posted a complaint here abt poor service..got a call from Mike who was supposed to be addressing the complaint. Asked me for a case number, something that was never given by his collegues Hadhi and Asiya. Since my response to this effect, he has ignored all my msgs and even a follow up post on this site. What wonderful complaints resolution!!
