MTN’s new contract deals and poor service

Order Ref no: ***. App**** for a new device with MTN. Got approval. Went through the whole process of approving Debicheck mandate. Got call from DSV that my device would be delivered today but they were a no show. When I call Mondo to find out what’s going on, I’m told that the order was cancelled by MTN and they didn’t bother to provide a reason on the system. Now I’m told I need to go through the application process AGAIN!!! What about the impact on my credit record MTN? What about Treating Customers Fairly? What about common decency to let me know that the order has been cancelled and o should bother to wait for courier company?
