MTN's network ****!

MTN is such a pathetic service provider. It deliberately squanders customers money every month and it is exhausting. When one purchases monthly data packages, they will often switch off the network for days on end and do not refund customer's data on days they forfeit it due to MTN's technical issues. They are nonchalant when called to make enquiries and do not feel obligated to reimburse customers. I have not had network for over 4 days, as a result my online business is suffering! This is unacceptable!
