MTN's Negligence towards its customers

I have been struggling with something as simple as porting from Vodacom to MTN for the past seven days, none of the MTN branches in kolonnade, menlyn, Sunnypark as well as The grove could assist me with porting and the porting company isn't helpful at all either. MTN is really negligent towards their customers and do not put any effort what so ever into assisting it's customers.
