MTN's Month to Month Headache

I took a month to month contract with MTN on Feb 2024. In August 2024 I contacted customer contract department to cancel since I no longer needed it. Was advised to go to nearest branch, who refused to help. I then started communicating through emails, with responses that were of no help. Until I stopped paying, now I'm owing services I never needed.
