Mtn's mistake, now with blocked phone 4 days already

HI Mtn has blocked my phone by accident. i am currently in credit with November payment. for some reason on Mtn side it shows i had a payment arrangement from 2022. my phone has been blocked since Monday, i use my phone for business and pay R2500 every month. i am never late with payments. i spoke to more than 10 people in the last week, send more than 30 emails and still my phone is off. i have told them numerous times i have never made any payment arrange ment, they still seem to say that they can not unblock my phone due to the payment arrangement that was made from MTN side. so now i am paying for a blocked phone!!!!! this is just getting more rediculous as it is going on. i went to the Menlyn MTN store yesterday, even the manager cant get the payment arrangement off, he says he has never seen anything like this. there was a ****ch in your sistym and now nobody wants to fix your mess. so how long am i going to sit without a phone. i am R2600 in credit with MTN , but they refuse to put my phone back on.
