MTN’s misleading information

I was misled to take a contract by “MTN” they told me that the new contract is gonna be linked with the old contract which didnt even happen. I went to their stores on the 21st October and returned the router, they said they are cancelling it but until now they are still debiting.

Called them in december and they told me they are gonna reverse the money and send me the cancellation letter which till now they didnt.
