MTN's misleading DATA bundles

Hi There, i am new to mtn service, in a new town I bought MTN Data on 04/08/2022 for R149.00 through my capitec card. for my surprise my money was gone but till today i did not receive my money or even data. than i tried from absa bank card data worth of R79 again the same thing happened, my money was gone without providing data this happened on 05/08/2022. from that date till today i called MTN customer care numerous time but no success. i even reported the case at MTN store on the 09/08/2022. I was given a Ref No, ***. my No: ***. I want the MTN to look into this case or I Have to take it further with my lawyer. i never face such a disgraceful incident with any network provider.
