MTN's long wait

Zanele at MTN new contracts is very unprofessional, I called to confirm how long it take for a application to be approved, she refused my order number and insisted on my ID number, I cannot give my ID number over the phone unfortunately and what's the reason for the application order number if it cant be used to trace an application, MTN take 38-72 working hours to approve a application. What a joke.
