MTN's lack of service!

I have received terrible service from the MTN Retentions Team and their supervisors. I have left messages for the agents and supervisors to call me back and they do not. One agent hang up the phone on me. I have spent hours on the phone trying to resolve my issue. I was supp**** with the incorrect email address. I find it completely unprofessional that when an upgrade is processed or failed to be processed. That no one contacts me and I have to follow up.

They are unable to put me on to a manager and send the managers emails to call me, which they do not do.
