MTN's *** customer service!

MTN South Africa is by far the worst service provider I have ever used. I have been having issues with them from the first month of purchasing my contract and never received the service i needed so I ended up resolving my own problem at my own cost! Now they have increased my contract with prior announcement, i called in to question the increase and the agent was unhelpful so I asked for the complaints department and I emailed them 08/06/2022 and the automated response said that they will get back to me in 24 hours it's been 3 weeks later and I'm still waiting on feedback! Honestly MTN SA knows nothing about quality customer service!
