MTNs insurance Pinnacle is ridiculous

Your insurance company Pinnacle Marketing is the most useless service provider ever. It is ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

its a mission to claim with them, they have no sense of customer care. They kept making up lies about the status of my phone. It finally arrived this morning and its not the same phone that i had insured. I am paying R250 monthly to insure with them and this is the kind of service we receive.
