MTN’s inability to cancel a contract

I have been trying to cancel my contract with no luck. I went into MTN’s social media page on 16/09/2021 and was promised that someone be calling me to assist with canceling my contract. Today is 21/09/2021 and still have yet to receive a call from them.

Why is it that when one wants to cancel a contract they are treated this way? I’m very annoyed with your service MTN.
