MTN's hopeless customer service

2 months ago I had a call from Londiwe at MTN offering me an upgrade on my cell phone contract as the contract I had was now longer operating. She sent me an email about the offer and I responded by email with a question. Since then I have repeated sent emails to MTN customer service, and phoned them, asking if they have an answer to my question and have had no satisfactory response, or no response at all.
