MTN's gross incompetence

I went in to MTN Eastgate on the 9th if February 2022 to hand in some papers related to ********** accounts opened in my name I was told they are offline and as soon as they are online, they will submit the paperwork and send me a reference number. Since then (it is now three weeks later), I have phoned the branch numerous times and gone into the branch but no luck in helping me even get a reference number. Each time I am told that the person I was dealing with is not in, or they are offline.

It seems MTN is grossly *********** and unable to do the simplest of tasks in just filing the paperwork, never mind resolving the actual issue.
