MTN'S ********** ACTIVITIES, I WANT MY NAME CLEARED

I'm just tired with MTN and its *****ulant schemes, i've sent several emails to Alice, but no response.

I've sent a review on Hellopeter on the 22nd of March and no response either, this means my emails and complaits fall on a deaf ear.

An account was *****ulantly opened undee my name with my details and a defferent address from where i'm residing and MTN cant provide me answers as to how this account was opened.

When i saw money being deducted from my account, i called them and complained, they were quick to tell me that i should send an affidavit stating that i didnt take out an account with MTN and now that i've sent the required docs to Alice Van Der Merwe i didnt get any response from her or anyone from MTN, i wouldnt be surprised if they are scheming another ***** with my details.

I've sent emails again to Alice to follow up, but no response still instead i'm being contacted everyday by agents from MBD demanding me to pay the MTN account and they are also threating me, they say they will hand this matter to the lawyers if i dont make payment. How can i pay for something i know nothing about? I tried explaining this to the MBD agents, but they dont want to hear anything i say.

Now my name has been tarnished, i cant even apply for a contract phone or get finance.
