MTN's False Adverti*****t Friday of Continued Lies and Empty Promises

MTN upgraded my contract on the 21 of February as part of their Black Friday promotion and I was informed a courier will contact me to arrange delivery.

Today MTN phone me again to upgrade my contract again. During this phone call I was informed that the person who previously assisted me did not complete my upgrade and that the deal that they are still advertising is not available due to stock.

MTN also refuse to communicate on email otherwise the client will have proof of communication.

The adverti*****t is still up and it is not marked as low stock @MTN if the deal is sold out for a few days already please do not continue to mislead potential clients by not removing the adverti*****t!!

I have been a contract client for more than 20 years with MTN but I think it is time to move over to Vodacom, Telcom or any other supplier for that matter.
