MTN's failure to communicate now my problem.

My MTN account was handed over to debt collectors after months of trying to pay and being told that the account number and cell number do not exist on the MTN database.I now have to pay arrears and interests on an account I didn't default on but MTN just stopped debiting.

I have contacted MTN several times and have been referred to the debt collector. I have been in contact with the collector and they still can?t help me as they send me back to MTN - Norton Lombrianos Attorneys. No help as been tendered to date.

I would like for MTN to resolve this matter and clear all the arrears and interests on the account. MTN was the one who stopped debiting my account.

As though, this is not enough, MTN then decided to then change debt collectors on the account overnight without any communication to me. Now what happens to all my money that i have been paying to MBD??
