MTN's Digital Support

MTN really need to rethink having Megan Petersen as Digital support. She sent me a mail asking that I allow for 2-7 days for my query to be attended to on Monday, 24 August. It's Monday, 7 September and she's hasn't gotten back to me. I've sent her two follow up emails and she's just decided that I'm clearly not worth her time.
