MTN's Daylight *******!!!

What horrible service I have received from MTN in attempting to cancel my contract. After much back and forth I cancelled my Contract on 12 Jan. Today I am still being charged for services on a number that no longer exists. Presently my services have been cut off because of this outstanding balance. I cancelled this contract and paid in full. Also, there is no recourse for this because this is just the way it is. So, I must pay for a service I am not receiving because it is the way MTN does business. We are really being taken for a ride here.
