MTN’s Data service plans not a good deal. “***”

When we get into arrangements with network service providers for their so called great deals we are hoping that they will do their best to keep our experience exceptional. I’m sorry to say that From MTN’s data services nothing is as worth a compliment, I took up a package for the “My MTNchoice 40GB” deal which was an ideal offer to help with my studies and internet access. Every month it has become my biggest cry and worse is that I’m now no longer even using it for studies as I’ll be enrolling early next year again after finishing with this years planning.

They always come back saying I’ve exhausted my data even after I’ve went and bought more data for the SIM card. I request for a transcript for the month of July at the Grahamstown MTN branch with mo luck and I’ve requested for another one for this month but haven’t received anything. They saying we can’t change the package and for cancellation they asking +-R1400.00 which I don’t think they even deserve.

MTN’s Data goes like money from looted ATMs whereas it says there’s no internet coverage when I need and it’s available ?
