MTN's data ****

MTN was my go to choice. Yet I am now rating them a one star as they have been robbing me since June/July. My night data is never used. Whenever I try to use my night data it just deducts from my day data, and obviously iknow how much I have, and budget my usage for the month. I've had a contract with them prior and had renewed it in November last year. Since this July I've been having an issue and my anytime data is being depleted even when I'm using it after midnight, it just continue's deducting from my anytime data. I had gone into an MTN store several times to try and sort this issue out, yet all they do is say we can open up a case for you and try and sort it out. The next month the same thing happens, without fail. This is becoming frustrating as I have to end up buying data unnecessarily, when the random sms comes "to say that my data is almost depleted" No help, no feedback and no compensation for my lost data every single time I go to try to sort this issue out for the past few months. I've also noticed that my data has been getting used up way faster during the anytime hour's than normal, with I feel is ****************. Going up and down to an MTN store so often and nobody had been able to sort this issue out. I've been to several branches as well to attempt to fix this. Still.... No help. Pathetic
