MTN's customer service will land them in court soon!

I am so disappointed in the network I trusted in for as long as I've had a mobile phone... We opened a business account with MTN to open several lines under our company account. Everything went swimmingly until they said we were only approved for 2 lines until next year. I made peace with this ridiculous notion, but I spoke to a thousand people in stores and in the call centre and NOBODY has made contact in months. I requested several lines in a director's personal capacity be moved / migrated to the business account. I was reassured that it won't take longer than 5 working days. It is now 2 months later and I'm ****** frustrated beyond measure. MTN has absolutely no care in the world for customer service, they just worry about closing a sale then they dump you. Like a cheap ******. Heavens! I have no direct contact or account manager for our company even. I have to beg and plead the same **** over and over every time I phone or walk in. The director now gets the business bill and is debited thousands for a business account. MTN is just absolutely useless. Of the 2 lines that are now suspended due to non payment, they will be cancelled. Non-payment is due to me disputing the debit orders on the business account because MTN is in breach of their own terms & conditions. If you cannot support your customers, then stop selling so much ****** ****. Vodacom thankfully gave us access to a larger pool of tariff plans and approved all 8 lines as was app**** for. Why MTN had to do a ***** check on the business as well (yes you idiots, we get notified when you do that) is beyond me. Since when is it a crime to establish a relationship with a vendor and being ***** checked because you are ordering 8 new lines. Well congratulations, Vodacom has now won our business and you can wave all funds in business and director's name goodbye, because the debit order mandate will be cancelled due to MTN being in breach, and you can keep your 2 stupid numbers and handsets. I'm so over the incompetence I have met in the last 2 months that I want to be ill. MTN employs good people, now just teach them how to answer phones and emails, then we'll be getting somewhere. I would urgently (BEFORE BILL RUN WHICH WAS TODAY, BUT ANYWAY) have the lines as submitted to Cradlestone Mall Dealer, to be migrated before the close of business on Wednesday 18th of November or the mandate shall remain disputed and then cancelled, and MTN shall be met with a lawsuit to seek relief for legal costs and damages due to your breach and misrepresentation. It's the only way companies seem to actually do anything lately... if you don't drag them to court and teach them an expensive lesson, they simply keep on providing the **** service they always have. Contact me if you are interested to remedy the situation, if not, no loss, our legal counsel does this for a living, so we won't lose much other but 2 suspended lines. MTN has a LOT more weighing in on this than we do...
