“MTN’s Customer Service Is a Complete Failure”

I have had one of the worst customer service experiences with MTN. After spending the entire day on the phone trying to resolve an issue with my line, I am still not assisted.

I waited for up to two hours on hold trying to reach the Legal Department. After several attempts, I was informed that my number had been reactivated — yet it is still not working.

This level of service is unacceptable. It feels like MTN has become a circus with no ringmaster. Your customer service lines are a complete waste of time and effort.

All I want is for my line to be reconnected immediately and for someone competent to take ownership of this issue.
