MTN's contract cancellation process hassle

I am baffled at how primitive MTN's contract cancellation process is! You cannot even go to a MTN store in a mall as they don't do cancellations. In a modern world where gym contracts can now be cancelled via websites and links MTN really needs to do BETTER! To cancel I have to find time during work hours to call them - that was 15 minutes on the phone - then go pay the cancellation fee at a store/EFT and then AGAIN call them days later; refer to my payment and hopefully cancel the data contract. Ridiculous.
