MTN's connection is terrible at Glen Ext 16 and MTN doesn't care

MTN's internet connection has been terrible for a month now, I contacted their Network coverage team and they first said everything Is fine on their end then the second consulted shared that they don't know how long it will take for the problem to be resolved, I took a data contract with MTN for me to be able to work at home however I can't even work because of their poor connection in my location and MTN doesn't even care yet they are debiting money from my account monthly, I am so dissapointed MTN, I wish I could cancel my contract😔😔😔
