MTN'S BRIDGE OF CONTRACT AND POOR SERVICE

good day Islie I have checked the copy of the promo as well as the contract that was sent and it says nothing about what you have just mentioned now. It seems as if you don't understand my complaint here and you are not even interested to investigate. and clearly you haven't bothered to check the copy of the promo. I was offered 50gb per month for R299 pm not 40gb per month. if you want me to do your job and send you the copy of the promo i'll gladly do so. Can you kindly send me the sales contracting call so I can forward my complain to the ombudsman since MTN is not willing to rectify this matter and come with different stories each time and fail to provide the sales contracting call. what you are mentioning now is not even relevant to my query. i can't log a query 100 times for you to be quick to answer without investigating. i'm sick and tired of this.
