MTN's Black Friday deal or no deal? False advertising.

I app**** online for the black Friday MTN special for the A31 with Smar****ch. The next day someone phone me and I went through the whole application and approval process. At the end of it all, the lady said she can't process it otherwise I won't get the special. But she has done everything needed and I am approved, someone will phone me back within 24-48 hours. Its been a week! No call, I sent an email concerning this and received the following:

I am still waiting for a call, the service I have received is ridiculous.

In my opinion that's how they lure you and they don't ever deliver.
