Mtns bad service

Mtn gives me a negative credit rating although giving me a paid up letter.

I was in a motor accident lost my job and then couldn't pay MTN. After a few years I managed to make a full recovery and find employment.

I then payed MTN in full and recieved a paid up letter.

1 year later a small amount of R308 appears on my credit report as a bad payment. Mtn cannot correct this judgment which is annoying.

I now cannot buy anything coz I owe mtn r308.

Come on MTN wake up.ur systems are still working about 2 years behind.ur call centre workers can't help.no one can.
