MTN's Bad Service!!!

About 4 weeks ago, i purchased 10 gig from MTN, but due to the floods in KZN, their coverage was very bad, i practically had no internet! This is not my problem! They knew what natural disasters did, the least they could have done, knowing that it was their coverage that had a peoblem, was to give me a refund! They never did, my data expired, I bought more 10 gig, the network coverage was the same!!! I reported this to them 2 weeks ago, and they promised to have fixed the problem, last week they even promised to refund me in 48 hours! To this day, they have not done that! My business depends on the internet! We're suffering a huge loss, even now am using telkom because i'd be ****ed if i ever trust them again until they keep their word! I am losing alot of money! I trusted MTN, but with what they've done! Honestly, i'd be foolish if i trust them again. Now they're ignoring my emails, they just don't care!
