Mtn's bad service

I upgraded online and was supposed receive a free tablet along with my phone, I haven't received anything and when I went in store I was told to call mtn, as they can't help me if I upgraded online. Everytime I call I get put on hold or the call gets ended. It is over a month since the promotion passed and I've received nothing but phone.
