#MTN's bad response during lockdown
MTN's service during the lockdown is **********, they do not respond to emails, calls or social media after they erroneously suspended my service. I AM A VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER AND WILL BE LOOKING ELSEWHERE FOR MY CELL PHONE SERVICE

The system reflect the account is suspended due to account balance R 4,453.87
The account balance on the 5-3-2020 was R4072.81
Payment for R1838.04 was received on the 9-3-2020, the account was short paid with R 2,234.77.
The invoices for April was allocated to the account and balance now R 4,453.87.
Payment arrangement set up for the short payment of R2234.77 set up to be paid by the 30 April.
Due to account on cash method you have 21 days from the invoice date to make payment. Invoice date is on the 5th.
Lines reactivated, please reboot the devices.
