MTN's backend has been down for almost 2 weeks!

I operate an MTN shop in George, and have been unable to make any changes to my clients' accounts for nearly two weeks now, and this is not the first time. MTN is honestly so much worse than Telkom because EVERY F*CKING MONTH since my shop opened. I have not been able to limit my clients which is resulting in me losing money every minute that they stay online just because MTN refuses to get back to me or work over the weekend like everyone else. Of course, they will not pay for this (because it is 100% their fault), and they will not admit that it is their f*cking fault. I hope their untalented coders are happy with the messy interface that constantly goes offline that they made.
