Mtn's Attorney

Mtn handed my account over to Shapiro Shaik. I struggled with settling the account because they kept changing balances. Now i want my paid up letter ajd Shapiro shaik keeps saying mtn has to send it. I have tried contacting mtn with no assistance. Can i please have my paid up letter
