MTN's atrocious customer service.

Most atrocious customer service I've ever experienced. I called mtn customer service 12 times for assistance to claim my two R10 Checkers vouchers that I won on the mtn app using play and win. I won the first voucher on 07/12 and haven't received the SMS with the details to access the voucher, the second voucher I won at approximately 7am this morning (08/12) and, as yet, I still haven't received the SMS with the neccessary information to access the voucher.

The customer service agents I spoke with were very unhelpful, some outright rude, others completely silent on their end of the line, some deliberately not entertaining my query and cutting the call, one tried but unfortunately gave me incorrect information on accessing my voucher details.

From my past experiences with mtn I've become accustomed to the poor service, but today mtn reached an all time low for me. I hope and pray that they're able to get their act together and that they're able to employ people who are capable of delivering decent customer service.
