MTN's Arrogance is astounding

MTN arrogantly just decided to change the billing cycle for my contract that has EXPIRED. MTN changed their billing cycle from the 27th of the month to the 5 of the following month. Now I have to carry the additional contract charges this month because it suits MTN to change my billing cycle WITHOUT offering me the courtesy of an option in this matter. This is the second contract this year MTN have just changed to benefit themselves. In April I had a contract increase despite having signed a 24 month contract 18 months ago - MTN 's comment is simple MTN reserves the right? BUT they don't play fair as they take back your data every month on the 18 month old contract on the basis that the contract was signed before the new law about expiring data came along. MTN how dare you take you customers for granted and change the rules to benefit your company financially at my expense AND by implementing this billing cycle change take a portion of my contract allocation billing in advance. Changing your billing cycle from the 27th of the month to the 5th of the next month only makes sense if there are sinister financial motives. This isn't fair it's ****************!

Bill inserts and notifications on the customers My Customer account (online) will be added on the day the bill is produced. The following SMS has been sent twice to customers. SMS copy: “Y’ello, in our effort to improve our customer experience MTN will be changing the date on which your inclusive value, data bundles and value-added services are being provisioned to the 5th of every month. Because of this change your new invoice date will be 5th November 2019. Your debit order date and payment due date will remain unchanged. So sending an SMS is an acceptable method of engaging with you clients - the arrogance is astouding - WHY must I be inconvenienced to suit MTN and what right has MTN go to change our Terms of Trade WITHOUT prior consultation - this number is NOT under contract so MTN cannot hide behind the "we reserve the right to do what we like and to hell with you Mr Customer"???
I don't see ANY reason to continue doing business with MTN - I tried contacting 135 and guess what they just like your response told me arrogantly that MTN sent an SMS - companies that take their customers for granted and unilaterally DECIDE what they will give their customers do not deserve to stay in business!
