MTN's Appalling Service!

MTN has become the worst network provider I have ever encountered. I have been with them for many years and their level of service has deteriorated to appalling levels. They never bother to assist with anything. I have recently logged a Service Request with them, to which I was suppose to get a response within 72 working hours and that didn't happen. I had to follow up with them and in addition once they finally get to give a response, it is merely a notification SMS and one still has to contact them to find out the outcome.

I have also previously logged service requests with the Network Department for poor signal issues in the area and that never got addressed on more than one occasion. It is said to witness what has become of this network provider.
