MTN's 5 No-Shows attempting to deliver my mobile phone

MTN struggles now for how many weeks to have my new cellphone delivered. Five times I held the line. Five times I made changes to my busy diary to ensure that I'm home at the time they said they are going to deliver. Five times I gave my address, and five times there was a no-show. Amazing. They can't even have the driver call me to say that he is on his way so that I can send him a pin location. I can't send MTN a pin location to ensure that they have the correct address. In fact, the driver only called me one out of the four times he was supposed to deliver.
