Mtn/RTT ****

I never knew that I would be ****med in this manner by MTN , ordered a phone on the 16th of September waited for delivery and it never came got a message that says failed delivery due to identification and called again to mtn representatives who kept on saying they are issuing an urgent delivery waited until I called again and asked them to rather take the phone back from the courier people RTT I don't want it anymore can't pay for something that is not with me the lady said she'll to a rts which was fine fast forward to a 2 days ago I received a bill saying I should pay R529 so today I went in to mtn and they said the phone was delivered my thing us to whom because I didn't get any phone and now I will be the one having a bad record for not paying. How can I even pay when I didn't get the phone please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
