Mtn/Rewards contract
I was having a contract with mtn and now problem is another company rewards that works with them offered me a contract phone in February 2019 and they never deliver it. I tried to go and call the customer service but nothing is happening. I never received a phone but the deduct money since end of February. What to do about this. Should I open a case or send this matter to my lawyers. I don't really nee this phone I need my money which they have taken from my bank. Thank you
