Mtn/Rewards co are just a waste of time

i have app**** for mtn cellphone contract online on the 11th of July 2022 and got approved the very same day and i was told that i will receive the device within 10 days..today its the 11th of August and i still havent received my phone..they using DSV to deliver the item, they tried to deliver for the 1st time but the biometruc device they used had a technical error, unfortunalately he had to take the phone back with him since the device was giving him issues, he came back after a week for delivery and guess what that mtn biometruc device was doing the very same thing, i have never been so annoyed and angry..they complete;y wasting my time..that delivery guy had to take back the phone to DSV warehouse and suggested that i call DSV about the issue, i have called Dsv and i was told that i should call Mtn so that they can release the order because its been on hold,i immediately called Rewards Co under Mtn to release it and one of the consultant informed me that he adviced Dsv to do so, they will give me a call to arrange a new date for the delivery...3 days passed, still no call..i called Dsv, and they said they havent received any instruction from Mtn...i called Mtn again, and put me on hold as they "were getting hold of Dsv as they claimed"...this morning i calleds DSV to confirm, guess what they still havent receuved any update from Mtn..the truth is i am sick and tired of this back and forth, it has wasted both my time and airtime...i called Rewards co this morning and they keep on cutting my line..I am no longer interested in that device, i will opt to directly to the store and take a cellphone contract with a different network..i am done with Mtn, they must just cancel that contract...what a horrible service from both rewards so and mtn..
