mtnonline shop laptop purchase / credit

laptop purchased online on 12 APRIL 2019, they were delivered , Hp laptop had a problem I followed the return process and first technologies (apparently they do repairs for mtn on Hp side) collected and states laptop can’t be repaired so it needs to be credited since then i have been constantly calling first technologies back and forth and they say they cannot get any feedback from mtn so im still waiting , i have even logged calls and sent emails to mtn customer care and online mtn , to date i dont have the laptop or haven't been credited yet , this laptop is needed for business , at least if i was credited i could have bought another its really frustrating service from Mtn and First technologies !!!
