MTNnetwork not working in Klippoortjie over weeken

MTN network was not working in Klipportjie in Germiston over weekend.I was not able to make calls and even to MTN 173 number.I checked with several people in my street and they had similar issue .on Monday when i got to work i called MTN to check & the 173 agent referred me to *** number.I called *** & Ruaben Mashele picked up my call and i explained to him the situation and i told him that there is someone at home on MTN sim card who is still experiencing the problem .he checked on the system and said the phone is switched off i had to find a vodacom number and call the person in Germiston to convince Rauben that the phone is on . After speaking with the person on the line he said no it cannot be MTN network . i told him we tried different phones and it did not work but he started being rude and saying i cannot report the incident because i am not on the affected area at that moment .i tried to talk to him nicely to atleast investigate and he refused .i asked him to then transfer me to his manager or give me his Managers name and he rudely refused several times saying he is there one working on this issue and he is not going to let me talk to his manager.
