Mtn is the absolute worst ever! I've been a loyal customer for 10 years, struggling to upgrade every time, trying to upgrade on a laptop for only R239 pm which has been declined due to them putting a credit limit of R200 on my account but the most funny thing is they want to give me a new contract which has been pre-approved for R1700 but my current contract of 10 years I can only upgrade for R200 absolutely ridiculous and when I confronted the guy from the call centre about this he put the phone down in my ear, Mtn is a joke, I will be canceling my contracts with Mtn and take my money somewhere else where they do appricate loyal customers! Bye bye Mtn thank you for your pathetic service, will not be recommending you to anyone ever!!!
