MTN/MTN insurance a **** and ******!

I have insurance on my contract device with MTN and they refuse to process my claim. They keep on telling me that my invoiced money that I pay isn't reflecting and I must contact MTN to ask them to update my account of which I find stupid but I've done for an entire month every day of every week. However still not getting assisted. MTN and MTN insurance is a HUGE **** and ***** and are VERY ****** at that!!!
