MTN=Money then no service
Tried to do a sim swop yesterday 9am. Still not active. Waited out the 24 hours. Getting useless service from mtn. Loosing business because have no phone. Obviously MTN have enough clients to not care about the ones that are unhappy!!!!!!!!!!

Why do I have a contract if I can do nothing with it. Can I send you the bill for my loss of income due to no active sim? My lawyer sure thinks so...
